Beyond Instructor Development pushes past the traditional limits of instructor development courses by focusing on adult learning principles, use of group activities, facilitation versus instruction, and managing conflict in the classroom.

THE Comprehensive Instructor Development Course
In 2014, Integritas will debut an intensive and comprehensive instructor development course. The week-long sojourn will explore the concepts of instructional systems design and in-depth instructor development. A team of world-class speakers and instructors will guide students through effective course design, implementation, and evaluation. In addition, important instructor development skills will be taught including facilitation of learning versus instructor-led learning, the use of activities to enhance learning, and using media elements such as Power Point and Keynote.
The course is designed to be a significant enhancement to instructors who have already attended a one-week basic instructor development course. The material covered in this one-week course will extend significantly beyond typical curriculum.
